1. Security Deposit Refunds

We aim to process all security deposit returns quickly and transparently upon completion of your rental period:

• Cash Deposits: Cash deposits are refunded in full immediately upon vehicle inspection during handover, provided the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
• Digital / Bank Transfers: Electronic security deposit refunds (via GCash or bank transfer) are processed within 24 hours after the rental unit passes inspection.
• Deductions: Deductions from the security deposit may occur in cases of vehicle damage, missing accessories (e.g., helmets, keys), fuel shortages, or unpaid traffic violations.

2. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your upcoming scooter reservation, the following refund terms apply:

• Cancellation 48+ Hours Prior: Full (100%) refund of any advance rental payments or booking deposits made online.
• Cancellation 24 to 48 Hours Prior: 50% refund of the total rental fee, or 100% store credit applied toward a future booking date.
• Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show: Advance rental payments are non-refundable.

3. Early Returns & Extensions

• Early Vehicle Returns: If you choose to return your scooter before your agreed rental period ends, unused rental days or hours are non-refundable.
• Flight Delays & Bad Weather: Cancellations due to severe weather events (e.g., official typhoon warnings) or verified flight delays/cancellations will receive full store credit or a 50% refund subject to review.

4. Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method used during booking (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, or card reversal). Processing times for payment providers may take between 1 to 5 business days.
